Love this card!
It was made by my friend Trish. You stamp the flowers in black on vellum. Then you turn the vellum over and use a stylus to outline the image. Gives the flowers a raised look. So cute! Yay Trish!
My 2 favorite pastimes combined!

Both Way Blossoms
This is a card made with the new hostess set Both Way Blossoms. It has 4 stamps, each with a long stem and a different flower on each end. The idea is to use one end I suppose. I like it. I did however make a mess on my table with black ink. My bad. Don't I always tell my students to put scrap paper or the like underneath their work? This was made for my MIL. I used my favorite Uniball Signo white gel pen. Hoping to place my first SU order from the new catty soon.

Finally..
I've done some stamping! I've been spending so much time knitting, my stamps have been sadly neglected. But here is where I've combined both passions! Pretty smart, huh? The new Stampin' Up! catalog is here. Would you like a look? I can hook you up. Give me a call or email and I'll get the brand spankin' new catalog to you! New stamp sets, paper, accessories and tons of new samples!

Cowboy Scrapping Challenge
This is the album I intend to use for my PBR pictures and fan stuff. A bull riding scrapbook if you will. The album is Creative Memories 8.5x11 in Denim. I bought a leather "Wrangler" sticker/patch from my lss to put on the front. It looks like the leather thingy on the waistband on jeans. I think it will be perfect.
This is where all the cowboys signed at the Tater Porter Invitational. Not actually ALL the cowboys, but the ones who were available for autographs. My challenge will be working pictures around their signatures. A mistake maybe, but I liked the idea of them signing directly in my album and not on separate papers which i would likely lose or crinkle. When I get it done, I'll post the results. Consider this the before picture.

Happy Stampy-Scrappy Birthday!
I think this is truly the most fabulous card I've ever laid eyes on! It was lovingly crafted by one of my favorite stampers and friend Linda. It has tons of layers. The yarn is pop dotted. The most inspired, smartest, creative part of this card (in my opinion of course) is the straight pins for needles! I can't even believe how cute it its! Fine masterpiece would have been gift aplenty, but wait... that wasn't all....
This too. A wonderful green suede album. It's kind of like a box when you open it. Linda thinks I should stamp it with some brown staz-on. While I think this is a great idea, I'm feeling very chicken. Can you say "bock bock"? I would die if I messed it up! Staz-on, while it is one of my favorite inks, is not the most forgiving if you know what I mean!
This is a totally crappy picture of the inside of the green album. Hopefully you get the idea.

Finally, some Stampin' Up!
This is a Sara Binder Address Book. They come plain- just kind of press boardy with notebook rings. Then you alter them. This was done as a going away gift for a coworker of my sisters. The spine was "painted" with chalk ink and the rest covered in SU designer paper and ribbons. I really like the retro vibe this has. Then next pic is a card holder lunch tin covered with matching paper and little stamped dividers.

-Stamp Sets. Wow, just you wait and see! And a cute new flower punch!

Paper Girl Living in a Digi World
If you're a scrapper, no doubt you've heard all the digi scrapping buzz going on. If you read the mags or the 'net, you like me, are probably convinced you're the only one who hasn't given it a try.
Well, I jumped in with both feet and gave it a try. Last Saturday I went to my LSS and took a digital scrapbooking class. It was very informative and I went home to promptly give it a shot.
Yeah, right. It took me darn near all night to complete a page that I'm not that happy with. The idea in my head was great, but the computer was unwilling to cooperate. Photoshop Elements is not an easy program if you are wanting to do the really artsy stuff. In fact, I could be wrong, but I'm thinking you need a degree in graphic design to really figure the whole thing out. Argh!
I think my relationship with paper, stamps, ink and all that accompanies it is in no real danger. I am looking forward to doing some fun stuff to my pictures though. Technology is our friend.....

Bookmaking
Help me! I just can't quit making books! No book is safe. I have to alter it some way. It is turning into an obsession, and is a lot of fun!
See what I mean? Give it a try!
The First one is my planner for the year. The second one, (with the H) is an address book for my mom (the H is for Haven). The third (brownish) one is a small sized notebook for stuff I've just got to write down and won't fit in my planner. The fourth one (red with white stamped flowers) is a circle journal for my Sister sister.
And the last one (with the big S) is a 3 ring notebook for some classes I'm taking.
